As my role of the killer in our project, I had to source my outfit myself. The general requirement for the outfit was to be all black with gloves and a face mask.
I managed to put together the outfit with a black woolly hat, black jumper, black leather gloves, black jeans and then black trainers.
The whole point of making the outfit all black is because it wouldn't be something that raises too much attention to a character, minimizes the amount of skin on show making the killer harder to identify and so adding the the mystery of the character.
The outfit had to remain identical for every time we shot at the same location to keep continuity errors down to a minimum which was a success as although the killer is wearing a face mask in the flashback scene and a hat pulled over his face in the running scene, they're two different locations and so means that the costume doesn't have to remain the same for continuity within the piece.
